2 Bedroom House with Designated Smoking Area, Bedding and Spa
Our home is simple but a fun place to be with waterfront on Lake Placid.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combination.
The living room has a sectional sofa with ottoman, large round chair, and a futon for extra room to "camp out" in front of the TV. There is a DVD player and a rack with movies.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove/ oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and plates, silverware, etc. There is also a washer and dryer.
The outside features two sides of porch. The back porch faces the water where there are two double seats, a chair, and a single person swing. For dining outside , there are several choices for seating and there is a grill located by the larger table and chairs.
The dock is also great for fishing (must have a license). The water level is down compared to normal but still able to do water activities like paddle boards. There are life vest in various sizes. We are not responsible for anything that happens in the water.
By the water is a hammock to just lay back and relax. There is also a pavilion there so your group can sit back while watching the others in the water. There are four chairs with a table and four more close by.
We have a volleyball net and some toys for kids that you are welcome to use.
If you are interested in having a small group there during the day, please let us know. We have no objection to small gatherings, but must be courteous to the neighbors.
We do allow pets. We do not have the fee listed when you rent because we do not want to charge those who do not have a pet. The fee is $70.
FYI Please keep in mind that you will get some exercise due to an incline between the water and house.
