A tranquil waterfront escape that includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 4,000 square feet of comfortable living space. Rich wood hardwood flooring carries throughout the home and is complimented by warm walls in various designer colors. Anchoring this home is the double height great room with a wood burning fireplace, built-ins, and several sofas set in front of a large scree TV. The Chef’s kitchen includes white wood cabinetry, pressed tin backsplash, and dark stone counters. The oversized gas range is ideal for entertaining, and the island provides ample prep space as well as counter seating. Choose to dine at the kitchen table with seating for six or make your way into the adjacent sunroom with an additional dining table that seats six and a small conversation set. The spacious master suite includes a king bed and patio space with seating, and an impressive ensuite bath with double sink vanity, glass and tile shower, and a deep soaking tub. The additional bedrooms include one queen bed with an ensuite bath and private deck, and a Murphy bed that also has a private deck, and bunk room with two full beds and three twin beds. A gym with weight training equipment and yoga mat is available for use. Outside, enjoy playing lawn games on the manicured grounds, spend time in the heated pool with surrounding patio space that includes a dining set and several lounge chairs, or take in the views from the rooftop hot tub. Kayaks and paddle boards are included so you can cruise the canal which provides easy access to Moriches Bay, and a deep-water dock allows space for a 45’ boat. Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
