Summary: The duplex is cute, although there is no back door to the back yard, so if you plan on using the backyard, you have to use the front door and walk around the house to get to the back yard. Inside the furniture was very well kept. The back yard furniture has seen better days to say the least. I was notified the day of check-in that there was a broken a/c in one bedroom, although we really didn't need it in December. Also most of the blinds had been broken so I sent photos to the host to make sure she knew they were that way when we arrived. Overall it was a good stay, just very disappointed there was no door to the back yard for our get together.
