This private pool home has everything you will need for a tranquil peaceful vacation. Whether you stay for a week or a month you will appreciate the open spacious feel of this home. A split floor plan with master bedroom (king bed, en suite bathroom) separate from other bedrooms offers added privacy. Centrally located kitchen is convenient to all living areas including the lanai dining and grilling area. Living room is spacious and bright with vaulted ceilings and plenty of room to spread out. Outdoor living area spans the entire back of the home and includes a covered seating and dining area, 30 foot pool with addition of a spa, over-sized lounging area, and grilling area. Sun room opens onto pool deck at water's edge with expansive sliding glass doors to allow for pool view from inside home. Lanai seating and dining area has additional entry into sun room for convenience and ease of monitoring young guest activity. Backyard has eight foot tall white fence to allow for full enjoyment of your private paradise.
