Kick back and relax under large oak trees on your own private screened in deck. Listen to the sound of the water from our fish and turtle pond. You will have access to a studio attached to our home with private entry and exit. Centrally located with a 7 minute drive (or roughly 4 miles) to the ocean and 6 minute drive to the grocery store. We are excited to host you!

The space
KITCHEN: The kitchen is newly renovated with quartz countertop and coastal backsplash. The refrigerator and small appliances to include coffee maker, toaster and microwave are all new as well. You will find a large sink, and is equipped with a new reverse osmosis water system. This full kitchen provides all the amenities you will need to prepare meals to include a oven, stove, and dishwasher. We even provide a crockpot! Please feel free to utilize the provided seasonings, tea, and coffee assortments in the pantry.
DINING AREA: We offer a brand new dining table that seats up to 4, or you can sit at the bar in the comfy chairs that offers seating up to 3. Either one of these spaces is great for workspace as well.
LIVING AREA: Enjoy sitting on the new comfy couch that offers plenty of seating to view your favorite streamed show on the 55 inch flat screen TV.
BED: New King Size bed with a 12 inch medium firm gel memory foam mattress with cooling comfort. We offer extra pillows and blankets. The view from the bed overlooks the greenery in the front yard. So comfortable you won't want to get out of bed!
BATHROOM: Access to your own private bathroom. Shower/ bathtub capability. We provide basic necessities for your stay to include body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc.
SCREEN IN DECK/ LANAI: Enjoy your coffee or cocktail on your own private screen in deck that overlooks the lush greenspace and large oaks. You will enjoy various sounds of nature and our pond that even has a turtle and coy fish. You may even catch a glimpse of the deer and turtle that roam through the yard!
OUTDOOR FIREPIT / GRILL: Enjoy your evening with a glass a wine (or smores!) by the propane fire pit. There is a grill available for your use to cook your dinner as well.

You will have access to the private deck, lower seating area with firepit and grill and studio.
Other things to note
We do offer a pack and play for your little one and available upon request, however we do not offer baby gates for those at the crawling or walking stage. (There is not a door at the top of studio, only at the bottom of the stairs.)
Please refrain from smoking on the property as we have little ones and want to be respectful of that. Thank you!
