The spacious living areas are ideal for relaxing and spending time with loved ones. Take a dip in the private (smart) pool complete with a Baja ledge. Naturally, this will be your new go-to spot to cool off on hot summer days! As the nights wind down, ease into true R&R in the spacious spa. The choice is yours!
Being so close to the beach, you may find it hard to NOT want to enjoy the entertainment haven including your private firepit and bocce ball court. In fact, this home has been fully set up to please all discerning travelers from the thoughtful, peaceful living spaces and bedrooms inside, to the expansive outdoor oasis.
Combining coastal luxury with a modern farmhouse twist, this home’s kitchen will surely please the chefs in the group! Plenty of seating for 8 at the countertop bar or dining table. This home is also fully equipped with all the kitchen gadgets, serving ware, plate ware, and glassware needed for a great meal–even dishware for the littles. Ain’t no paper plates here!
The home does not have cable TV, guests are more than welcome to bring their own fire stick and etc.

Summary: First, the negatives, if you want to call them that. The hot tub did not work the long weekend we were there. However, we were reimbursed for it. There were no first aid kits in the house either which was only an issue when dad cut himself with a knife. The BBQ is small and old and was out of propane so we weren't able to grill for one day, not a big deal but we have 4 and 5 YO's so it was the END OF THE WORLD. By now I am POSITIVE the hot tub and the grill are fixed and first aid kits have been stocked. The pool was nothing short of absolutely spectacular. We literally could have spent the entire weekend in the yard/pool. The space is absolutely amazing, clean, stunning. Firepit is fantastic and they have a little bocce ball court as well. Location is so close to everything! Legoland, the beach, downtown, San Diego Safari. And communication with the Property Manager was wonderful. Everyone was super nice and prompt on answering the calls, that is why I am hesitant to include the "negatives". I can tell you that they did not deter us from having an absolutely outstanding time.
