This property does not have a dock. There is a local marina just a few minutes away!
Located just 1.2 miles away from downtown Beaufort, shops and restaurants, 10 minutes to Paris Island, and few miles to Port Royal’s Sands Beach, beer garden, brewery and restaurants. Enjoy the outdoors with just a short walk to the famous Spanish Moss Trail!

This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.
A smart TV is provided and is available for guests to log into their own streaming services and apps. Cable tv/ live tv is not provided.
No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00.

Due to the area’s humid climate and proximity to marshlands, these insects may occasionally be seen indoors, particularly during periods of high humidity or after heavy rainfall. While we do our best to accommodate military families coming to support their Marine, please note that we cannot guarantee luggage storage after checkout on graduation day. Additionally, early check-ins and late checkouts are not always possible due to our cleaning team’s schedule and back-to-back reservations. Our cleaners manage multiple properties, and we want to ensure each home is perfectly prepared for every guest.
