Negative: I’ve been to your hotel plenty of times and this is the first time that I have brought my extended family and I am very disappointed about our stay this time we get there at 4:10 we couldn’t check into one of our rooms until a hour later, they checked us in the room, only to tell us that we have to move because we are in the wrong room. We have to pack everything up and move again When we get to the second room, the pullout bed was stuck and look like one of the boats was missing out of the bed they were supposed to come and fix it the next morning they never came and for me to bring my family to this resort this time and to have this type of experience was very disappointing. It was so much confusion.
