In the heart of Clapham, this family home is perfect for up to 6 guests, complete with relaxing garden. Less than 20 minutes away from London Waterloo, London Victoria and Soho.
There is a communal entrance onto the ground floor. The kitchen and living areas are on this floor, and the bedrooms are downstairs on the basement level.
There is also a high chair and stair gate available for our smaller guests.
GROUND FLOOR
LIVING & DINING ROOM
The dining area is a relaxing space, with neutral décor. There is a wooden table and chairs, with surrounding mirrors and artwork.
The living room has a large bay window, adorned in white shutters. There is a fireplace, television, two sofas and an armchair for seating. One of the sofas converts into a double bed, sleeping an additional 2 guests.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is light and airy, with grey fittings and slate grey floor tiling. The kitchen includes a Belfast sink and all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen as well. This space enjoys lots of light from a glass ceiling and windows, with views to the garden.
BASEMENT FLOOR
BATHROOM
The main bathroom has sleek grey and white tiling, with a bath, shower, WC and basin.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe and artwork on the walls. There are views to the garden from the window and there are French doors for access.
EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin.
BEDROOM 2
With lovely pale blue interiors and a double sofa bed, this second bedroom sleeps up to 2 guests and has doors onto the garden.
GARDEN
There are slate steps up to the garden- a courtyard space with outdoor seating and surrounding plants and trees. A great space to relax in, there is a seating area with 2 benches and a coffee table, and another small table with 2 additional chairs. Set around a palm tree is a charming children's play area with a little slide. There is also a sandpit.
