Summary: My family and I had a great stay at the A frame. We chose this location because of the access to the water. Unfortunately it was still chilly and the winds were super strong causing the water to be choppy and not ideal for fishing. I'm sure the fishing would easily improve within the next month or so. Besides that, we did enjoy eating meals together overlooking the lake and watching the sunset in the evening. The beds were comfy and the primary bedroom was spacious with the small deck access. Overall the house was as advertised but some features, like the microwave were older. The house had everything we needed for a short getaway and was ideal for our family size (6). The kids enjoyed the provided games and looking for rocks along the shore area. Despite the numerous stairs to the dock, it was manageable for all of our children. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. Overall great stay, I would recommend coming back to swim when it's warmer.
