Amazing sweeping water views of the harbor, newly built-open modern concept, in an amazing coastal Maine town. Treat yourself to peaceful quiet, harbor views of sail boats, amazing birds like eagles and herons and catch glimpses of harbor seals.
Our home is clean modern living at its best with a cozy vibe and includes beautiful new gourmet kitchen of walnut cabinets, 10 foot island, coffee station, high end appliances including a beautiful Thermador gas range and all the tools needed to prepare a gourmet meal. A large 6 person dining table for your family to enjoy many meals around, or eat outside on the expansive deck and take in all the harbor has to offer. Or if you choose you can soak up the sun and the salt air in the loungers on the deck.
When the sun goes down and the large Smart tv beckons a movie, you can move into the living room and take in the beautiful fireplace on the comfy sofa . Your family will love to spend hours in the main part of the house. Modern appointment of furniture and decor help your mind unwind in an uncluttered environment.
The master bedroom includes a king bed and the large en-suite bathroom has an oversized shower and double vanity sinks. Peace awaits with a warm and cozy bedroom, lots of glass and your own access to the deck. Large master closet and dressing room for privacy and luggage storage.
Also, on the first level is a crisp contemporary entrance and foyer with a coat closet and adjoining laundry room.
As you move to the second story of the house, you will find one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, a den and a guest bathroom. Each bedroom has a closet for luggage and amazing water views of the harbor.
The guest bathroom has a full tub and amazing tiled shower. It also has double vanity and plenty of space for two at a time using the sink area.
The den is a space for quiet contemplation and peace.
Each bedroom has a cable ready Smart TV and its own heating/cooling unit for your personal comfort. Each room has its own ceiling fan, and on the 2nd floor lovely wood flooring, comfortable bedding and pillows.
The area is full of amazing galleries and artists. The village of Port Clyde offers ferry service to Mohegan Island for an amazing adventure. Rockland is a short drive with delicious restaurants, galleries and museums and home of the annual Lobster Festival that happens every August. Rockland also has a ferry terminal that offers transportation to many of the nearby islands. Midcoast area is also home to the Wyeth family. Wyeth art can be taken in at the Farnsworth museum in Rockland and the places that some of the art is based on can be visited as well.
Another short trip up the road is the lovely town of Camden with its own unique flavor with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Camden Hills National park has hiking trails and breathtaking vistas.
The area offers so much to do from food and art to nature, trails and out door adventures, you will not be disappointed. Midcoast Maine is full of beauty and adventure.
