Positive: When we visit family nearby, we often stay at this hotel. The highlights are the friendliness and reliability of the staff and I just love the food at the breakfast buffet. We also tried the room service this time for dinner, which offers great Indonesian food. My niece and nephew also loved the pool. The Mall Kota Kasablanca is close by with lots of great shopping and food options. All in all, it's really great value for money and we're always happy to return.
Negative: At the time of writing, there's some renovations going on in some of the rooms, which means there can be some noise during the day. The staff was very accommodating for my lack of Indonesian skills. Communication in English can be a little cumbersome but nonetheless perfectly possible.
