Positive: Loved the location of the apartment. Walking distance to the harbour and loads of restaurants in the area. It’s also very quiet and secure with fobs needed into the building and codes for the gates. They provided slippers to wear around the apartments, it had a few basic facilities that an apartment should have. There’s a bus stop in front of the apartment that goes into the city centre. Management response time was very good resolving any issues. Clear check in and check out instructions.
Negative: This apartment has the potential to be amazing but just lacked that extra oomph, especially for the price. The sofa in the living room was very dusty and could use a dry clean. Way too many furniture cramped into the living room, making it difficult to open the fridge and use the dinning area. The bed was uncomfortable, you could feel the spring on your back and the two single Murphy beds provided were not great either. There was no chair or bedside table in the room, so everything was either on the floor or on the bed. There was no handwash provided in the toilets and when I notified the management, a tiny bar soap was delivered. No cooking oil provided either. There’s a balcony but no sunlight coming through as you’re surrounding by buildings hence its cold.
