We hold up to 200 people in tented events, and a full yard for smaller events. Pricing is for one night - you can also rent the house for your wedding party and stay longer (special rates offered for multiple day stays).
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house sleeps 8 comfortably, and has 4 decks, water views, and loads of on and off-street parking. Tucked back from the street, you'll have all the privacy you need for your special day. We're listed with the major tent companies on ACK - so all your needs are provided for.
The house is open plan, with a fireplace and water views. The 4 decks allow for lots of outdoor space.
Feel free to rent the entire house for your wedding, and let your guests mill in and out. Or rent the house for your wedding party, and keep guests to the outdoor spaces. You'll have free reign - whatever makes you happy.
This is a corner lot, so there is loads of parking around the perimeter of the property. Also - we have the perfect spot in the driveway for your catering tents
