Negative: Here’s a more refined version of your feedback, while still clearly expressing the negative experience: ⸻ Extremely disappointing stay – would not recommend. The apartment is located in the middle of an active construction site, with unfinished roads and no proper directions. It’s not listed on GPS apps, and there were no clear instructions provided on how to find it. There’s no parking available, and it’s not within walking distance of the city center or any nearby stores. The host and concierge service were extremely unprofessional. On the morning of our arrival, we were suddenly asked to pay a deposit or risk losing the accommodation, even though it had already been fully paid. We experienced technical issues while trying to make the payment, attempting different cards and PayPal, but received no timely support. We tried reaching out multiple times with no response. Only after contacting Booking.com and arriving at the location we started to get some answers—but it required lengthy discussions before we were finally given the entry codes. The concierge barely spoke any English, rarely answered our calls (only after 5–6 attempts), and repeatedly promised to call back but never did. We had to keep calling ourselves just to get a response. Even once we had the codes, we couldn’t enter the apartment due to unclear instructions on how to use the electronic lock. More unanswered calls followed. In total, it took us over four hours to get into the apartment.
