Positive: Casual, comfortable, relaxed. Good for our small group of one couple and single. Shared bathroom. Excellent value for a one night stay. Close on hand to major attractions. We were made to feel valued and welcomed.

Negative: A guest kettle with tea/coffee options made available either in the rooms or shared hallway space would've been appreciated rather than using the hot water provided in the common area.
