Boho Penthouse Nest is a cozy, welcoming 1 bedroom upper apartment in a house with living room, kitchen and bath, in a safe and quiet neighborhood of quaint NE Minneapolis. NE Mpls is eclectic and home to artists, craft breweries, pub crawls, an ethnic eating strip, vintage shops, cafes, live music, parks! Close to downtown, freeways, bus line, and prime location to access other parts of the Twin Cities.
The space
Welcome to my upper 1 bedroom apartment (in a house/duplex) ready for your stay in NE Minneapolis.
This unit has its own fully supplied kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and a great backyard garden which is shared.
One of the best things about the house is that it's located, very conveniently between Mpls and St. Paul - A few miles from the U of M and just 5 minutes from downtown Minneapolis! Freeway entrance is just a couple blocks away. One block from a major bus route and 15 minutes from the airport and Mall of America. Lots of shops within walking distance and more within short biking distance. Great location and centrally located, while being in a safe neighborhood.

My quiet and cozy one bedroom apartment can be yours to call your own while you stay in unique and creative NE Minneapolis. The home is fully furnished in colorful, retro styling.
This rental includes:
*Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Living Room, and 1 Bedroom. Bedroom has a Full-size bed (sleeps 2), couch (in living room - does not pull out, and is not long enough for true sleeping) and a Queen Size Air Mattress (set up in living room, available upon request).
*Fresh sheets/towels/blankets supplied.
*Toiletries and hair dryer provided if you've forgotten yours, feel free to use these.
*Wireless Internet, Roku TV with Netflix, etc with your account log-in, Flatscreen TV
*Some coffee and tea and sweeteners are provided. Keurig and basic coffee maker, basic espresso maker, french press, electric water kettle, toaster oven, microwave, regular toaster and the stove/oven.
*Plenty of parking available on street in front of house.
*Picnic table and patio area with seating in beautiful backyard garden.
The guest has access to the upper apartment of the house, including kitchen, full bathroom, a good sized bedroom, and spacious living room with small office area.
