Tea Olive Trio is made up of two side-by-side townhomes, in addition to a quaint and charming cottage that is located behind the two main homes. Whether you are coming to town for a family reunion, girls getaway, friends trip, or what ever the occasion may be, you'll always have space to be together. Each home features a renovated kitchen with features plenty of counter space to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals, in addition to high-end appliances, packed with everything you need to entertain. Both gathering spaces offer plush and comfortable seating, but you'll find your party spending most of their time in the large courtyard.
In townhouse A, you'll find two bedrooms that are equipped with comfortable queen beds, smart televisions, and a generous amount of storage space, including a full-size bathroom. Moving over to townhouse B, there are three bedrooms, two of which are fitted with two queen beds, while the top floor, which can be reached by a spiral staircase, is fitted with three twin beds. This enchanting spot is sure to form lasting bonds between those sharing the space and is especially perfect for children.
Out back, guests will find the quaint and charming cottage, which is where the final kitchen, gathering space, bedroom and bathroom can be found!
Tea Olive Trio is perfectly situated to explore Savannah’s Historic District. Truly located in an excellent location that is just a short walk to Troup Square, the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and Historic Jones Street, voted one of the prettiest streets in the United States! A short drive or walk puts you on either Broughton Street or River Street where shopping and dining abound-it truly is the ideal location from which to explore Savannah.
If you do bring a pet to this dog-friendly home, you'll be in a great location to walk over to Mother Matilda Beasley, the only dog park in the Historic District. A short walk to beautiful Jones Street will bring you to Clary’s Cafe, the setting for several breakfast scenes in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, and a favorite breakfast spot for locals and visitors alike.
