This charming two bedroom and two bath house located in the beautiful Ravenna neighborhood is close to everything. Within a mile or so you can go to parks, grocery stores, University Village (outdoor open mall), coffee shops, and some great restaurants. We are close to the University of Washington, Husky Stadium, Hospitals including UW Medical and Seattle Children's. Note: Light Rail station is only a mile away.

This warm and luminous space has an open kitchen with a huge deck. Home's location is ideal for a family with kids (Note: house is NOT child proof). Dahl park with play area just two blocks away, library 10 minute away, Grand Central Coffee Shop is only a 7 minute walk. We are also close to the University of Washington and Husky Stadium, and with easy access to Interstate5(I5). Downtown Seattle is only 5 miles away.
Our home comes equipped with all the essentials, from comfortable mattresses and linens to kitchen basics like pots and pans, chef’s knives, dinnerware, and wine glasses. Pantry has oil, spices, sugar, etc. but feel free to bring your own stuff if you’d like. We provide all the cleaning supplies. We have high speed WiFi and Smart TV for you to log in and watch whatever you like.
Please note guests will NOT have access to washer and dryer but there is a laundromat about a mile from the house. We also provide extra towels and sheets.
Also, note that this is our home when we are in Seattle so please take care of it like your home :)
We adhere to a 10pm -8am quiet hour schedule, ensuring that our neighbors are not disturbed by noise during these hours. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and enjoy your stay.
