The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two bunk beds, books, and toys.
The open floor plan in the main living area is designed for comfort and connection, with massive windows, cozy seating, and a large TV. Two sliding glass doors lead to a wrap-around deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening under the stars. For your comfort, the home has air conditioning in the Master Bedroom and living room, which typically does a great job of cooling the entire house.

Specific to the Bear Creek Lakes Community, 10 amenities passes and 2 vehicle passes are provided. When using the amenities around the community, please ensure you have the vehicle passes properly displayed to avoid citations from the community. If you want to use your personal watercraft on the lake, you're welcome to bring a kayak or paddleboard. Kayaks must be registered with the community. Registration for kayaks is $10, but no registration is required for paddleboards.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Due to additional cleaning costs, a minimum fine of $500 will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.
Additional Guests:
If more than eight guests stay overnight, a $100 per person fee will be charged for every additional guest.
Fireplace and Grill:
The indoor fireplace is currently non-functional but feel free to enjoy the outdoor wood fire pit and gas grill. If you plan on using the fire pit, firewood can be purchased at Walmart.
Bunk Beds:
The bunk beds have a strict manufacture weight limit of 200 lbs per bed.
Pet Policy:
1.) $100 per dog, per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay.
2.) Keep dogs off furniture and white linens. Wipe dirty paws with the provided towels before entering.
3.) Please pick up after your dog both inside and outside to ensure a clean space for future guests.
4.) Cats are not allowed due to allergy concerns.

Check-In: 4 PM
Check-Out: 11 AM
Unless a different check-out time is discussed beforehand, please adhere to the 11 AM check-out time. Staying past this time incurs a $100 per half-hour fee and delays our cleaning team.
Surveillance and Noise Monitoring:
There are 2 Ring cameras on the property-
-Front Camera: Facing the front of the house and driveway.
-Back Camera: In the backyard facing the back deck.
***Important: Do not cover or tamper with the cameras or unplug the WiFi router. Doing so will result in immediate reservation cancellation with no refund. If the WiFi is not working, inform the hosts right away.
Wildlife Safety:
The community has wildlife, including black bears. Do not approach bears and seek safety immediately if you see one. Hosts and homeowners are not liable for any interactions with wildlife, including, but not limited to, bears, deer, skunks, and squirrels.
Memorial Day through Labor Day amenities passes are provided. 8 amenities passes and 2 vehicle passes are included for your stay. Upon check out, all passes must be returned or a $100 fee is assesed for replacement.
