PARKING The garage is around the side off Canes Place. It fits two medium-sized cars. The door must be closed and no cars should stick out into the car park area directly in front of the garage. That is a separate property. If cars don't fit in the garage there is free parking about 200m away in Bourke Crescent.
WIFI The modem is in the study. If it stops working, reset it.

VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement. Parties could result in criminal charges. Unbooked overnight guests will result in cancellation of the booking and immediate eviction.
FOOD Help yourself to everything. We don't believe in food waste and leave non-perishable items left by guests, for other guests to use.
BBQ While we endeavour to always have the gas full, if you run out the bottles can switched over at any petrol station. You would be reimbursed of course. Please leave it clean otherwise you will be charged a $50 fee.
PETS Clean up after your animals otherwise a $50 cleaning fee applies. Aboslutely no animals on furniture or in bedrooms.
DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout including emptying the dishwasher. Do not use handwash liquid in the machine.
LINEN The linen is supplied by a professional laundry service. Please do not, under ANY circumstances wash our sheets or towels.
SMOKING Outside only. Use ashtrays provided.
HEATING/COOLING Make sure all heating/cooling/lighting is switched off when you leave the house. The split systems on the wall are for both heating and cooling.
WASHING Use cold, short settings where possible.
WASTE Please take out rubbish. Recyclables only in yellow-lid bin, no soft plastic, glass in purple bin, general waste in red bin.
ISSUES Let us know if you have any maintenance concerns. The sooner we know about problems the sooner we can fix them. Often guests only report issues in reviews and we don't see them for two weeks. We thrive on feedback so please help us help keep this property in top condition.
