The apartment offers both rustic charm and simplicity so typical of Tuscan rural houses. This is the ideal place to stay if you are looking to immerse yourself into a typically authentic Tuscan lifestyle.
The apartment has its own private entrance and is situated opposite the main mill house with lovely views over the 18th Century mill house and gardens.
You will be able to see the farmers at work, the mill where the oil is produced and sample the wonderful tastes which are produced on this charming farm.
If you need to pick up supplies the village center is just a 2 minute drive away or for those who like walking it’s a 10–15 minute picturesque wander past the kiwi plantations and Medieval towers.
Come in the Spring and witness the fruit trees in blossom and the buttercup meadows. Visit in the Summer and see the surrounding sunflower fields.
In September you will see the harvest of the grapes and in October you will see the harvest of the olives but to see the olives turned into the golden nectar you must come and visit in November!
Vicopisano is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful region of Tuscany and the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena, as well as being just under a 30 minute drive away from the Pisan coast, its beaches, Thermal Spas and Golf Course.
Surrounded by a beautiful landscape of sunflower fields, pine covered hills and olive groves this is an ideal location for walking, hiking, cycling and mountain biking.
OVERVIEW
Situated on a charming organic olive farm at the edge of the village of Vicopisano.
This one bedroom apartment is one of two apartments located on the farm. Appartamento Rosmarino is ideal for couples but also those with a young family. The apartment can also be used in conjunction with the next door apartment where there is a communicating door.
BEDROOM
The bedroom is flooded with light and has views over the 18th Century mill house where the olive oil is still produced from mid-October to January.
There is a double (Queen size) bed dressed in Tuscan antique lace. In addition there is a single bed which would be ideal for a child.
There is air conditioning and heating in the room which can be self-regulated.
LIVING, COOKING AND DINING SPACE
This area is cool and refreshing as it is situated at the rear of the apartment building. The entrance door leads onto 2 small private terraces.
The room consists of a fitted kitchen equipped for cooking at home and dining room table with 5 chairs.
There is a sofa bed ideal for sleeping an adult or 2 children.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. We provide our guests with bath towels, shower gel and hand soap.
OUTSIDE AREAS
In addition to your own private terraces there are plenty of other areas around the farm where you can relax, read a book and sip a glass of the farm’s own IGT Sangiovese wine.
There is also a large BBQ area which can be used by guests.
ORGANIC VEGETABLE GARDEN AND FRUIT TREES
There is a small organic vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to the freshest of ingredients; in addition there are fig, cherry and peach trees in the grounds of the farm.

There is plenty of free parking at the farm just 50 metres from the front door.

Arrival from 4.00PM up to midnight.
Departure up to 11.00AM.
In some cases we can be flexible on arrival and departure time, please contact us before making your booking.
Arrival after midnight and requested late departures may incur additional charges.
