Located at equal distance from Carpentras and Vaison-la-Romaine, the hamlet is surrounded by 7ha of forest, has an exceptional 180 ° view of the plain of Avignon (with Mont Ventoux in the foreground), and a pool 12x6.
Renovated with taste in 2010, the 2 houses offer:
- for the first (green shutters on the photos) on two levels: 3 bedrooms, a dining-room with kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with toilet, and a second separate toilet
- for the second (white shutters on the photos) on one level: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, and a living room with US kitchen.
The 2 houses overlook a private fenced garden of 300m ², close to the pool below. 2 garden lounges, one in Crillon stone and the other in teak, can seat up to 14 guests for a dinner or a barbecue under the stars.
