Adorable 2000 square foot house located two houses in from a private community beach with water views. The house has four bedrooms – two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has two twin beds. A large playroom/bunk room is located on the third floor and has four twin beds. The house has three full indoor bathrooms and a large private outdoor shower with separate changing area. Central air conditioning is throughout the house. A large front porch with direct water views has a dining table and a large gathering area with couches. The private back yard is fully fenced in and includes a large patio with couches, a dining table with seating for 10, and large umbrellas throughout. Coastal casual décor throughout the house with bead board walls and open beamed ceilings, including a fireplace in the living room.
House comes with beach cart, cooler, chairs, umbrellas and towels. Additionally available are bicycles, a back yard grill and outdoor games. Within walking distance of the house is an additional town beach and state park beach, an Audubon nature preserve, local stores, cafes and restaurants, weekly farmer’s market and summer concerts. Downtown Milford is located 10 minutes away with beautiful town green and town harbor. Downtown Milford offers many unique local stores, a local brewery, cafes, and restaurants.
Friendly beach community with many open windows so renters must be respectful of all neighbors. Quiet hours starting at 10pm each night. No smoking, no pets, no strong smells, no drones, no fireworks allowed in the house or on the property.
