Positive: The House is BIG, enough space to accommodate 2 Families with 4 kids, 4 adults. The Host was very Reachable, Very Polite and accommodating. She was very responsive both on the phone and messages. If anything was found that was an issue and reached out the host would quickly resolve it and check to see that it was resolved promptly. We felt at home away from home. Which made it a fun bonding time with our kids. Thank you for letting us use your home to build memories with our kids away from the busy world and work. The double glazed windows are perfect as the noise from the busy road is blocked out. The living room space with dining is beautiful. Nice BIG SCREEN SMART TV. ❤️ Comfortable sofa❤️. Comfortable Beds The kitchen space is big with pots and pans. Good Sized Fridge Freezer. Plenty of access to bathrooms and toilets so no need to wait for turns 😁🙌. All and All a beautiful house that can be elevated even more to match pricing.
Negative: It's not what we didn't like. It's more of a suggestion that we think if these are looked into will improve the quality of the accommodation. Cleaners need to pay more attention to details. The fridge on arrival wasn't cleaned as there were crumbs, particles in the fridge which we had to clean before using. The bathrooms and rooms don't have waste bins. The bathroom showers don't have regulated buttons to change from hot cold or a temperature you would prefer as we had to not use the bathroom with the jacuzzi as it was extremely boiling point and the kids were disappointed 😞. So please try fixing them. The shower heads need disscaling and the bathroom showers glass/doors needs cleaning properly as it looked dirty due to water marks on the glasses cab send pictures for perusal. More utensils knives forks spoons so we are not limited to 1 or not having enough for the big numbers. Plates and bowls had to be rewashed as cleaners did not pay attention. Access to the Garden going through 1 of the rooms wasn't ideal as invades privacy for the individual having that room. Garden chairs and outdoor stuff to do in the garden would make the property more fun. Get balls, and games and keep in a shed for use for the guest. Coming into summer BBQ grills will lift the accommodation more and give more advantage on other accommodations. If you can maybe the 3 big rooms can come with TV for private time in rooms especially for the adults wanting to relax in private.
