There are local shops, pubs (Tudor bup with gardens 2mins walk away from the property), & takeaway restaurants. You can enjoy stunning long walks across the South Downs, & Benfield Hill local Nature Reserve that are highly valued by residents and visitors, and stop for a hot or cold drink in the Benfield Barn Cafe while watching Brighton Footgolf which is 6mins walk from the house
