miles from the French Quarter, it’s a scenic 30-minute walk past colorful homes, lush
courtyards, and street art — or a quick 10-minute Uber away.
Inside, you’ll find mid-century furnishings, a large map mural of New Orleans, and original
photography and local artwork. Both bedrooms feature luxuriously comfortable king-sized
beds. The private third-floor balcony aligns with the gabled rooftops of historic homes
across the street — high enough to feel private, close enough to stay connected to the
rhythm of the neighborhood.

**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.
**The space is a single Condo in a large Condominium building. There is secure off street parking along with an elevator to the third floor where the unit is located. Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be sure to follow city and state laws.
**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
**Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.
