I welcome you to my 57 square meters apartment with BALCONY, located in the heart 19ᵉ arrondissement of PARIS, located on the 27ᵉ floor with ASCENSEUR, ideal for 6 people. It is located near the lively district of LA VILLETTE and close to the Bassin de la Villette where you can take nice walks !

Located in Paris, the apartment is carefully decorated, very bright and is composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2-seater inflatable mattress (=automatic inflation integrated into the mattress), a shower room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a nice living room with a sofa bed and a TV to relax after an intense day. You will also have a large BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer, giving a magnificent VIEW of the city!
You will have at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay:
Elevator, Dishwasher, Oven, Kettle, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Wifi, Fan, Changing table and a baby cot.
You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The apartment is ideally located near the Bassin de la Villette (6 min walk), the CENTQUATRE-PARIS (5 min walk), the Canal de l'Ourcq (12 min walk) and the Parc de La Villette (15 min walk). The Parc des Buttes-Chaumont is a 17-minute walk away, the Louvre Museum is 20 minutes by metro line 7, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 32 minutes by metro line 7 and the Eiffel Tower is 45 minutes by metro line 7 - 8 then by bus 82.
You will find many shops nearby such as an Aldi at 5 min walk and a Casino Supermarket at 2 min walk.
