La casa si trova direttamente sul mare con passaggio diretto per la spiaggia, dall'appartamento ci vogliono 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere in totale sicurezza le spiagge libere e private che si trovano davanti al residence tramite comodo sottopassaggio. Negozi e supermercati si trovano a pochi minuti di auto, davanti all'appartamento diversi bar dove poter fare colazione appena svegli o ristoranti dove pranzare o cenare.
