5 Bedroom House with Private Pool, Bedding and Guest Services
Welcome to your next family vacation! This is the perfect place for Husker weekends, family visits, sports tournaments, etc!
2nd floor has 4 bedrooms including 3 King rooms and 1 Twin room. 3rd floor holds 3 Kings and space to spread out or lay an air/foam matress.
The main level has charming beautiful living room with 65" smart tv, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen with large island and 2 ovens, gas stove, all new appliances. Use the kitchen door to access the backyard with salt water pool, pool house with game table, fridge and plenty of room for entertaining your family!
The clean basement features another rec room with tv, kids toys, books & games. The large laundry room has washer & dryer and another 3/4 bath that includes a walk-in shower.
The backyard is a total paradise oasis. There is a large in-ground SALT WATER pool which is continually cleaned and maintainted. The pool is open May through the end of September (maybe some of October if weather permits). Please confirm with host before booking regarding pool opening Enjoy the lounge chairs, outdoor dining and pool house with fridge, pool toys, game table and additional seating.
We have beds that could sleep up to 14 people, however "Per Lincoln Municipal Code, it is unlawful for any person, regardless of license status, to rent or advertise a short-term rental unit to more than the number of persons calculated as the total number of sleeping areas on the licensed premises multiplied by two, up to a maximum of 12 persons." If your party is large than 12 people, we still encourage you to message us with your groups specifications and we will make every effort to make accommodations your larger party.
Guest access
There are 2 spots available in the front driveway and 2 spots on our private slab in the alley. Do not park so you block the sidewalk in front or any of the alley in back. The house is on A street so there is not parking in front. Additional street parking would be on the streets perpendicular to A, just 100 feet away.
Other things to note
New beds, new mattresses, mattress protectors, new sheets, new pillows for every bed with pillow protectors, and all new comforters and throw pillows. All guest linens are cleaned in hot water and stored in airtight containers between rentals to keep linens fresh and sanitary for your stay!
