Large and beautiful house with 6 bedrooms, on a beautiful wooded 2 hectares, with swimming pool (8x4), a haven of peace just 13 km from the first beach (Capbreton), and the seaside resorts of Seignosse, Hossegor , Labenne, with their magnificent waves, dunes and white sand beaches.
At the gates of the Basque Country, you can also discover Bayonne, Biarritz and beautiful small villages.
Multiple games, deck chairs, ping pong table, pool table, petanque, etc. will make you happy if you decide to stay on the spot during the day!
