Summary: We chose this property because of its proximity to the beach, and the room layout to suit our family of 3 families: A couple, a father and 2 sons (11,15), and another couple with 2 sons (4,8). We were booking quite last minute so there weren’t many options available anywhere to suit our needs. The photos and description of this property do not do it justice at all. It was a truly great find that met all our needs and more. It is much bigger than it appears in the photos, so there was plenty of space for all 9 of us to enjoy the open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with open fireplace and patio doors on the ground floor. The kitchen had everything you might need for preparing a variety of meals for a large group and the fridge was large enough to accommodate all the groceries. The double bedroom is really large and the bunk room with additional single bed has a cupboard, and a desk where the teenager was happy to able to set up his laptop for gaming. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bed linen and towels. There were 2 separate toilets, a downstairs shower and a large shower room upstairs, which also contained a washing machine and drier. The home is just minutes away from the promenade and beach, so we were able to brave several cold water sea swims! There is a shower in the entrance hall where you can warm up and avoid bringing sand into the rest of the house. It’s very practical. The owners were so kind and friendly and we had a great stay
