Positive: The location was great, right next to the ski lift. It was clean, and you could sit on the terrace in the sun.
Negative: The host initially informed us that we should check in at 4:30 p.m. Since we couldn’t make that time, it was agreed that a later check-in would be fine and that we would send our arrival time via WhatsApp while on the way. Due to heavy traffic, we were significantly delayed and informed her in good time. However, the host responded with a very very angry-looking emoji. It took a very long time for the living room to warm up with the electric heater. I also wouldn’t recommend sleeping on the sofa as a couple — it’s quite uncomfortable. We handed over the accommodation clean and broom-swept, but this was still not sufficient for her. She complained that we had not cleaned the floor and that the dishwasher had not been emptied. Overall, the communication from the host was consistently commanding, and we did not feel treated with respect.
