This beautiful FRONT BEACH house is located on the Pacific coast of Guatemala.
We are in the heart of Monterrico beach, where the fun is ! Right where hotels such as Pez de oro and Johny´s place are, we are just right next to them.
The house is a walking distance to all hotels and restaurants, we have our private beach where you can rest, or enjoy all the front beach activities, Monterrico is small fishing village where fishermen go to sea each morning to catch fish and sell it to the local markets.
The house is well equipped , with everything you might need, Front ocean property, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms for 16 people.

It is important for you to know that the entire house is completely air conditioned , for your comfort in this beautiful Paradise.
Front beach house the ocean can be seen from any angle inside of the house. we are 20 meters away from the beach.
*The bedrooms are well equipped with beds, air contidioned *mini splits*, linens , etc
*The kitchen (Brand new) well equipped as well with stove, fridge, dishes, cups, glasses,blender, toaster, microwave, everything you might need in order to cook the perfect meals. air conditioned too.
We can have 16 people comfortably sleeping at the house.
The Brand New Pool faces the beach. During the day is sunny and during the night the pool changes colors with this new sensation led lights. it is breathtaking!!!!!
The ranch area its huge, you can either have fun, dance, set up a table , rest, drink , chat or just see the sunsets every afternoon.
We have a nice bar next to our beautiful pool, where you can relax sipping your favorite drinks!!
We have 2 dining rooms, one inside of the house for 6 people and another one at the rancho in front of the ocean for 8 more people beautifully decorated.
