This NEWLY remodeled, 1940s home, has all the modern conveniences, but with a vintage coastal vibe! Take a walk or bike ride (3 provided), around the charming, historical East Hill neighborhood! It's centrally located, just 1 block to Bayview Park, 3 miles to downtown, 8 miles to the beach, Gulf Island National Seashore, the airport, various colleges and the naval base! It's an ideal choice for a family vacation, a couple's retreat, girlfriend getaway, or a business trip!
The space
It's a relaxing place to hang out, stream your favorite shows on the 65" Samsung Smart t.v read a book, sit on the porch, play a game or take a nap in one of the cozy beds!

Guests have access to the whole house, front and side yard, as well as, the covered carport!
FYI: there is a semi-detached, converted garage/studio apartment, on the property! It has its own, completely separate, private entrance and designated yard space in a fenced in area! You will not be disturbed, and this will not effect your stay, whatsoever! In return, please do not knock on their door and disturb them!
