Summary: We really appreciate the location of the property, it's conveniently located to our activity, and close to major shopping and dinning venues. The apt. itself is super new and clean, we didn't get to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym, but looked really nice. The check-in process was convenient. The property contact was easy to get hold of when we had questions on the phone, but emailing was somewhat lagging. The property listed as able to accommodate 4 people. It had a queen size bed in the bedroom. A couch (not a sleeper), and a blow-up air mattress. However, there was no comforter for the air mattress (just sheets), and the mattress leaks throughout the night. We contacted the property about the comforter, who was not available to bring us any while we stayed at the property. We end up purchasing a set for ourselves, which the property was willing to reimburse at the end of the stay. Also, the apt. had no table, only one chair. It does have a full kitchen to cook in (but no mugs for hot drinks). There was no dishwasher detergent, so we ended up washing everything by hand (they did provide dish detergent). Overall, for the pricing we paid, it was adequate for our stay, but not a fully equipped VRBO rental we've stayed in the past. Probably will stay here again if more the apt. was better stocked.
