Located just steps from the beach, Cedar Forest Villa is an architectural gem offering absolutely breathtaking panoramic views across the Aegean Sea! The property is nestled in the Cedar Forest of Alyko with incredible outdoor amenities including a private pool, lounge chairs plus a full pool bar with a sink, refrigerator, BBQ and outdoor shower. The 4 bedroom villa spans 3 floors and includes air conditioning, a washer and more. Access to a gorgeous white sand beach directly from the property!
The space
The villa is designed in a modern Cycladic style with fine stone and elegant details. It consists of 3 levels and 4 total bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature king sized beds (which can be split into two separate beds if needed) and one bedroom has a queen size bed.
The top-floor bedrooms overlook the sea with private balconies, while the bottom two bedrooms have access to the outdoor seating areas and your private pool. Additionally, there are two large full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a flatscreen TV, a large dining area, and a fireplace.
The villa’s private entrance provides gated parking for 2-3 cars, and the property is surrounded by a centuries-old cedar forest, offering quiet, calm privacy. Outside, there are two large terraces with outdoor seating and by unobstructed views of the sea. There's also a large covered stone table dining area complete with a barbecue grill, a poolside bar, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower.
