Positive: Location in the old town, close to the beach and the ferry pier. Bright, clean bathroom, good water pressure. Elevator in the building.
Negative: The breakfast was completely lacking in vegetables. The egg cooker (self-service) was strange and inconvenient. The TV channels were only in Italian. The room lacked a fridge/minibar and glasses. The pillows were too hard. However, the price of the room was high.
Summary: Great location, but expensive for the shortcomings.
