Amazing views, Netflix, Starlink WiFi, full kitchen, solar hot water with great pressure, imported beds and couch, built by an American with 20 years building experience. Amazing quality for Guatemala. Pavilion, hammocks, fire pit with a grill top, property filled with fresh fruits and veggies, and peace and quiet on the side of Volcano San Pedro. Five minutes from town by tuc tuc or 15 minutes walking. 15 minute hike to a great semi-private beach and the coffee Finca. Owners live on site along with 3 other Casitas below. Must climb 100+ stairs between the road and the casita. House wines, beer, and water available upon request.
