Welcome to Casa Verde, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located just 3 miles (less than 10 minutes) from Downtown Greenville and Haywood Mall.
This home was the studio of a Chilean artist, whose artwork graces the walls and decorates the space.
Fruit trees line the driveway and continue into the beautiful, fenced in backyard. This truly is a garden oasis perfect for your family and friends.

Welcome to Casa Verde, a home that is breathtaking in its beauty, from the gardens on the outside to the effortless fusion of South American artwork and the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic.
As you pull up to our house, guests will park in the carport and enter through a code lock on the side door.
As you enter the home, you will be greeted with a cozy living room, featuring original artwork, a comfortable sofa, and a bench and chairs for visiting with those you love.
The living room also features a TV which can be logged into for streaming (no cable).
To the left of the space is a dining room with a mix of old and new styles and seating for 6.
In between the dining room and kitchen is a corner fireplace complete with gas logs for your enjoyment.
The dining room leads into a large kitchen, featuring a beautiful island and all you will need to prepare a great meal.
The laundry room is tucked in a corner of the kitchen, as is the door to the backyard.
This "entry space" off the backyard features a breakfast nook for 2, and a dog bed for our furry friends, we are welcome with a one-time pet fee. This fee is charged during or after booking.
The backyard is fully fenced in, majestically landscaped, and features a large table for sitting and enjoying the company of those you love.
The bedrooms are in traditional ranch style, down a long hallway.
The first bedroom on the right is our King room-- and it truly is a King room-- as the bed takes up most of the space. In the corner is a small ladder-style desk and chair-- perfect for getting work done.
A closet is available for guest use, as well as luggage racks for your convenience.
The second bedroom on the right has a beautiful MCM dresser and bed frame, housing a comfortable Queen bed. The room is complete with nightstands and bedside lamps, as well as closet access.
The final room across the hall also contains a Queen bed. This room has a small closet, and a large desk available for those who need to work while staying with us.
Finally, our home has one bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single vanity.

We tend to let our guests keep to themselves, but are always just a message away if needed.
Our home is on a residential street very close to the University Center of Greenville and I-385.
While Uber and Lyft are available for a night on the town, we do recommend renting or bringing your own car as the best form of transportation, as there is not a decent public transportation network yet.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
