Summary: The home is in a safe, gated community with 24-hour security and has beautiful, unique décor, just like the photos. The calming backyard view and nearby beach with a beach bar and turtle release experience were highlights of the trip. The community pool was clean but a bit dated.Unfortunately, communication with the property manager, Georgina, was poor after check-in. Several issues in the house — including a dirty microwave, dusty furniture, a broken coffee pot, a leaking shower, and no hot water — were reported but either received delayed, incomplete, or no follow-up. Power went out one evening, and no check-in or assistance was offered. The family ultimately left a day early due to unresolved problems, especially the lack of hot water, and received no response when informing the manager.Bottom line: Beautiful property and location, but disappointing property management and maintenance.
