Las Casonas de Don Pedro is a unique house consisting of 500 m2 of housing and 2000 m2 of private gardens.
The Casonas de Don Pedro, are constituted by two buildings of remarkable architecture; one of them completely restored in 2017 and dedicated to full rental rural house, opens its doors for the first time to guests, in April 2009.
The other building is designed to add new apartments of different capacities.
We have personally taken care of pampering the details so that you find the pleasure and rest you need.
The house is divided into:
Living room with fireplace, with 2 relaxation areas, one with sofas and one with armchairs, open with 2 doors to the dining room.
Large dining room, with 2 extendable tables, with spaciousness for all guests.
Large fully renovated kitchen, with a table for 6-8 people, with all kinds of appliances (2 Refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and small appliance, Nesspreso coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.)
Games room, for young and old (It is also counted in rooms, as it has a large sofa bed)
10 double rooms
7 bathrooms (Totally new and complete, with toilet, washbasin cabinet and shower or bathtub)
4 different gardens:
The first, with polished concrete floor, where the barbecue is located, and a spectacular pergola, with garden furniture.
The largest, full of trees, and natural grass, has garden furniture, and is ideal for children, for their games.
Another very private one, which has access from the main Hall, also has garden furniture.
And the largest, ideal for children, can be used as a soccer field.
The accommodation has Internet access, allows pets and has cleaning supplies, documentation about the area, fuel for the fireplace, and full bed and bath linen.
