It consists of a living area, with a large panoramic window and a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle and washing machine. An ideal home for a mountain holiday with a view of the Dolomites and close to the Dolomites cycle path.
The villa is located a few kilometres from the exclusive Cortina Golf Club, where golf enthusiasts can tackle a challenging technical course and at the same time enjoy a unique panorama of a territory that carefully preserves the characteristics of the Dolomite alpine meadows. Cortina centre is about 800 m away and is easily accessible as the house is located near the main road of the village that leads directly to the centre or to the main ski lifts, also accessible by the Ski Bus service.
