Casa Olivina is spacious vacational home located in Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen. It is of very good standard, comfortable and just a few meters from the main promenade, Avenida de Matagorda, and the beach only a few minutes walk away as well as the leisure offer available in the area. It is perfect for a few days of beach, relax, bike outings or walking along the promenade. Wifi connection included.
It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 4 single beds, two bathrooms both showers and are equipped with hair dryer, magnifying mirror and high quality amenities (gel / shampoo and moisturiser dispenser), living room with Sat TV, WiFi, dining area and laundry room. The living room has air conditioning at an additional optional fee of 10€/day, on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped will everything you need to cook and dish up. The terrace and the heated pool will make you hesitate between either staying at the house with the fabulous grass area by the pool or heading off to the beach. The terrace has comfortable furniture, private heated pool, garden and sunbeds.
Thanks to its good location in Matagorda, very close you can find a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, excursion sales center, ice cream parlours and a promenade that invites you to take a good walk by the sea.
WELCOME:
We request your arrival information in order to organise your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. Check in from 15.00h / Check out until 11.00h
ARRIVAL CLEANING:
The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturiser dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge shown on the reservation but if you wish for extra cleaning services during the stay please just ask us for more information/prices.
CAR RENTAL:
I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included.
