Positive: First of all I've rented dozens of apartments in Spain over the last several years and I've never been greeted as warmly as I was at Casa Ochoa. A nice bottle of wine and some pastries were also waiting for us. In addition we were able to check in early. We had a minor issue with the hot water control in one of the showers and they quickly came over and resolved the issue within minutes. The appliances were all good quality and in excellent condition. The apartment was very clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. You can tell the owners take pride in this place. We come to Logrono every year and this one one of our favorite stays. The master bedroom overlooked the main street and had a little noise but this was expected as we were visiting during one of the biggest festivals of the year.
