Positive: The facilities were exceptional: laundry room, tea bags, cutlery, BBQ, towels, toiletries. Hosts met and greeted on site, and were accommodating and easy to communicate with. No extra charges for the hot tub and the laundry room. Beds were comfortable, extra quilts and pillows were avaliable. Beautiful decor. Smart TV with Netflix and all apps you could need or want. Great location for exploring.
Negative: If there was anything to complain about, it would be the oven. Which is slightly hard to work out. And the pans have to sit perfect on them, and it takes a moment to work it out. The hot tub didn't necessarily stay warm, which was a shame. But the hosts did turn it up on request, it was just personal preference.
