Separate kitchen with table and 4 chairs, full size electric cooker and hob, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Plenty of cupboard space. Untility room off kitchen has (NEW 2020) LG washing machine and (NEW2020) electric hot water boiler, iron and ironing board, first aid kit.
Kitchen leads directly onto back terrace. Refurbished 2020 (appox 50m2) 5x4mts awning, with patio table and chairs, BBQ, Solar power shower, bistro table and chairs, 6 sun loungers and bench seat with storage, cupboard for beach chairs and umbrellas sun loungers and cushions . The terrace is completely private.
Marble staircase leading to 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. Landing has AC unit and a full lengh mirror plus a tall cupboard with towels and bed linen.
All 3 bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans.
Master bedroom has 1 king size bed, bedside cabinets and lights. Large wardrobe with large chest of drawers to one side. Hair dryer. All beach towels are also located in this room.
Spacious bathroom has a full size bath with shower overhead, wash basin, and WC, full size bathroom cabinet to store personal items plus towels. Mirror with make up lights above sink.
Bedroom 2 has king size bed with bedside cabinets with lights. large wardrobe with chest of drawers inside and another chest of drawers with mirror above. With access to front balcony. There is a guest bed located under the king sized bed, if required it will fit in the bedroom.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds with bedside cabinet and light. Large wardrobe with chest of drawers inside, mirror and access to balcony through sliding doors. There is a guest bed located under one of the beds, if required it will fit in the bedroom. All duvets and bed linen for guest beds are located in the top cupboard of this bedroom wardrobe.
