Positive: It location was great, really central. The air conditioning worked well, the place was a nice size and had a good kitchen, the staff were friendly, bed was relatively comfortable
Negative: I messaged a few times before / when I arrived and heard nothing. When I got there I tried calling 3 times and was hung up on. Eventually a man came out and took me somewhere else. Up stairs with my heavy luggage to a small room with no kitchen. I had to ask to be taken to the room I actually paid for and had to wait nearly 3 hours to check in to my actual room as it needed to be cleaned because they didn’t know I was coming (they had an error with their booking.com account). The floor was still dirty when I got in and I had to keep washing my feet. I didn’t get the WiFi password til days later when they were able to log into their account. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low to wash pots and there was no dish soap left, the fridge was so cold it froze my eggs and I couldn’t use them. The front bedroom was way too noisy to sleep in due to being near the road, luckily I had the choice of 2 and the back one was better
