We are renting our house located a 15-minute drive from St Florent.
180-degree view of the Agriates desert.
The house has a 3-hectare park and a 10m/5m swimming pool (expanding to 17m/5m in winter 2023).
Fenced pool with an electric cover and alarm.
Bedroom layout:
1 bedroom with a 160 bed + bathroom on the ground floor,
2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the upper floor (3 beds 90 / 1 bed 160),
1 studio by the pool with a 180 bed (with bathroom with shower + bathtub),
1 studio with 2 bedrooms (160 bed + 90 bed) and 1 bathroom at the back of the house,
1 another studio with a 160 bed (with bathroom) at the back of the house.
Photos to come for:
2 new suites: 2 double bedrooms + 2 bathrooms in the house under the 100m2 terrace with a view of Cap Corse and the desert.
A new large kitchen/dining room that opens onto the large terrace + a small terrace is under construction this winter 2023.
Optional on request: 2 luxury tents with bathroom/toilet in the garden.
1 living room with a fireplace, 1 large kitchen/dining room, 1 library office, 1 huge terrace, 1 pergola terrace by the pool, 1 cold room, 1 ice machine, 1 plancha grill, 1 petanque court, 1 ping pong table, 1 yoga deck, 1 vegetable garden.

The entire house/furniture is new.
