Holiday home situated right in front of the Mediterranean Sea, in the sierra of Churriana, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

The single-storey house’s 600 m2 are characterised by different colours, both on its façade and in its interior. Different traditional materials have been used to build this holiday home, such as fired-clay tiles, artisanal tiles, and stone fountains, which are enhanced by the natural light that floods into every room. Part of the remodelling has been conceived by the architect Enrique Mapelli. The house is divided into one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a cosy dining-living room with a bunk bed. The completely equipped independent kitchen is 12 sq-mt and, being provided with an independent entrance, it doesn't communicate directly with the rest of the villa. The heating is provided by a pellet stove in the living room and the required pellet will be supplied by the owner.
The villa has air conditioning in the bedroom, but its consumption is not included in the price and will have a charge of 0.35 € per kw / h. This consumption will be calculated with a meter of kw.
The outdoor area welcomes 1400 m2-worth of hundred-year-old olive trees, bougainvilleas, night jasmines, roses, lavenders, pears, almond and carob trees, and “pilistras”, Andalusia’s most famous plant, which convert the access path in an explosion of scents and sounds, since crickets, cicadas, wood pigeons, and swifts live undisturbed. A private swimming pool, a barbecue area and a private parking complete the commodities of this spectacular holiday home. On the horizon, you can see the mountains of the sierra and the blue Mediterranean Sea, which make this spot an idyllic place to regain your strengths.
